well if you couldnt tell By The title I amruning Cross Country for the first time ever. But i did do track last spring (Frosty can tell ya'll all about that fun adventure). But now my mother is having my brothers and I run cross country, and right now it is not very fun. But as da old sayin goes, " pratice makes perfict", so i shall keep truckin it. But all in all I can all ready see my self running at a meet, down a hill and falling and tearing up my ankels(s). And If I am right Frosty will be right there to laugh at my failure , then help me up, (you know your my friend Frosty, and i'm just teasing). So too all the people out there who have done this sport, i salute you. So i guess just wish me luck,
