Eclesia is a wide country, where the leader graciously allows groups to make their homes in its lands. The leader, a magnificent Golden Eagle lives in the land deemed as Below The Heart. Here, you may visit him and request land.
He watches over all that happens in the land, yet has no rules over the land. He gives that right to you.
